Chantilly, Virginia June 18, 2007 - Golden Moon Tea today announced the winning of two major global tea competition awards at the prestigious World Tea Expo in Atlanta, Georgia in the company's first tea competition.

Golden Moon Tea's Coconut Pouchong flavored tea won the coveted first place "Best Green Tea" competition in the Ice Tea Shake Off competition held by the World Tea Expo on June 9, 2007. Coconut Pouchong is a best-selling blend known for its clean, tropical sweetness. In addition Golden Moon Tea's newly developed and released Pu-erh Chai, a rich earthy blend, tea took runner up award in the "Freestyle Tea" competition.

Golden Moon received these coveted awards in two of six categories competing against scores of the nation's leading tea companies.
