6 Step Quality Control Process
- Step 1: Your tea is purchased from quality tea gardens during the most opportune plucking times of the year.
- Step 2: Each individual shipment of your tea is cupped and tasted as it arrives.
- Step 3: All teas are inspected and repacked in a dedicated clean room for quality and your protection.
- Step 4: Our STI (Speciality Tea Institute) trained staff is knowledgeable and educated in all aspects of the tea industry - not just taking orders. You can contact us to answer any questions you may have.
- Step 5: All customer service lines are staffed by human beings - no answering machines to annoy you.
- Step 6: If your question goes unanswered you can contact the owners and senior managers of the company. All of your questions will be resolved to your satisfaction.
