You may be wondering how our rating system works. Well, it's simple - we leave it up to you, the customer. After purchasing one of our products, we will make our rating survey available to you through our website. All of the customers ratings are averaged together to get an overall rating, which is what is dynamically displayed by each of our products. In addition to making this information readily available to you, the customer, we will also use this data to improve our product selection and overall shopping experience.
In addition to simply rating our delicious and exotic teas, we also provide you with space to make notes about our tea. Not only do these notes help us to improve our service, quality, and product line, they also are available to you on your subsequent visits to our site. They will be displayed for you the next time you add any previously purchased (and rated) item in your shopping cart. Through these notes, then, you will be able to remind yourself of what you liked and what you did not. Now you will never forget which tea you really like iced or which one helps you relax before bed!
