COLORFUL RING TEAPOT - RED

I wanted to really like this but it has drawbacks that others have mentioned and it's been relegated to my collection of teapots that are used infrequently. I like that it's basically one cup of tea but have found that the tea leaves clog the straining mesh when pouring so it pours out really slowly, meaning I have to clean the tea leaves off that have accumulated on the strainer. Also I've found that the ring around the pot isn't big enough and you have to be careful that your fingers don't slip off it and touch the hot glass. I really like being able to see the tea leaves though and it's cute.

I've used these for years and they're pretty durable considering they're made out of glass. Will probably continue to use these to brew single serve tea for as long as this store carries them, impart 0 flavor into the tea and are very easy to clean.

I have two teapots already and use them every day: one at home and one at work. I bought this one for my daughter and she loves it too! Well recommended!

This is my new favorite tea pot. Before I bought this one I was using the kind that pressed the tea leaves down to the bottom of the pot but I would need a strainer to pour the tea into my cup. With this one I don’t need an additional strainer when I pour the tea into my cup. The strainer is pretty fine and it’s built into the lid of the tea pot. Really easy to use and easier to clean than my tea press kind. Would recommend. Perfect size for 1 cup of tea. Love the chai tea.

I can't believe how much I enjoy my small frame teapot. It is perfect for that one cup of tea at bedtime, and it prevents waste. My only disappointment is that the material that serves as a protective ring around the small teapot is not thick enough to prevent palm burns. Furthermore, I am concerned that the material will not last more than six months. I truly hope that I am wrong. Otherwise, it is a perfect gift to yourself for those of us who love a daily cup of tea.

Ordered one for my bestie for Christmas and one for myself. After using it, I know she will really love it and the tea!

This is perfect for me. A couple of tips on the lid: 1) wet the silicone gasket 2) don't pull it straight up or push it straight down, but come in at an angle. Wetting the gasket will help it slide on easily and by coming in and out at an angle, it won't pull the gasket off.

I got a red one for the black teas like masala chai and lapsang souchong, as they flavors can hang with that seal a bit and the green one for the green teas.

First foray into tea. Love the red pot and the elegant kettle and the amazing variety of teas. Everything is superb.

This teapot makes the tea experience so much fun!! It is easy to use and just the right size for the perfect cup of tea. The colorful ring provides a non-slip grab when pouring your tea.

My new Red Ring Teapot has opened up the joys of drinking loose leaf tea. What took me so long to find this?

Tried the Red Ring Teapot and it's very convenient when I don't want to be bothered with a tea ball or other loose leaf tea strainer. Holds enough for one large mug of hot water, add my wonderful Golden Moon loose tea and once seeped, it's a quick pour through the included strainer into my tea mug!! Easy clean up.

Very nice tea pot, almost reminds me of another bottle. Sometimes I put my rooibos in and take it with me to a friends and just add the hot water there. Very simple, just add water then pour. 10/10 would recommend

I received some Golden Moon Tea as a gift and absolutely loved it! I now have turned several people on to Golden Moon and they love it as well. The tea pot allows the tea leaves to release all the flavor and I love that it’s glass and not plastic.

What a great little teapot! I've always used either a tea infuser or bag for my loose leaf teas. I was really surprised at how much more bloom and flavor I got from my tea with this little teapot. It is by far the BEST I've ever had. I purchased the larger of the two sizes, and I'll be purchasing more for gifts and a second smaller one for myself. Who knew this little teapot could make my tea so much better!!!

I bought the red teapot. Previously I had the green one and used it for a couple years until I accidentally hit the bottom on the corner of a plastic box and it shattered. I am really glad to have replaced it. It is very convenient and keeps my countertop more organized.

This is a great little teapot! It's simple to use and easy to clean up. It has a silicon ring that will allow you to handle that boiling hot pot. You could get away with making 12 oz of tea in this thing but your pushing it at that point. I think you'll find this another great addition to your cupboard!

This holds a little less than a full 12 oz. It is so easy to use. The silicone ring allows you to handle it when hot. The pretty matching lid also allows for handling when hot, but you must be careful where your fingertips are.

I love making my tea in my new red colorful ring teapot! The larger size is perfect for my large size mugs. It makes delicious tea and is easy to clean up. I love it!

I don't so much think of this as a teapot but a companion to my teacup. It is so easy to use and fun to handle with it's rubber grip and it's easy to wash. So far it seems very high quality and it reduces my need for single-use tea bags. I definitely recommend this for those enjoying tea alone or when you want to make a different variety for one person at your gathering while using a bigger teapot for the rest of the group.

In the interest of adopting healthier habits, replacing a glass of wine with a pot of tea seemed like a good idea. This little pot (and the teas from Golden Moon) turned a new ritual into a treat. The pot works beautifully and easily - no faint tastes of metal or paper - and it cleans up quickly and just as easily. The little ring means it can be carried from the kitchen to chair without burning hands or using a tray. Considering buying a couple more for the times when mine is in the dishwasher (because I'm lazy).

I love this individual teapot, the red color is cheerful, but not too much. The larger size is perfect. It really does allow the tea leaves to be free and open up. And plus, Golden Moon Tea carries my FAVORITE tea ever: Coconut Pouchong! Please, never discontinue this flavor!

I just purchased a Colorful Ring Teapot, and 4 sample teas. I love them all. The tea is super easy to brew, and the flavors are all wonderful. I enjoy 4 cups per day; 2 in the morning, and 2 in the evening. Golden Moon makes it so comforting and enjoyable, knowing that the quality and purity of the teas are second to none. I drink a cups of tea every day and have all kinds of contraptions to brew loose leaf tea and this is my absolute favorite. I love how much room it gives for the tea leaves to float around. I love that as my tea brews it’s not touching anything metal. I only wish they made a half gallon size! Get the biggest size they have you’ll be glad you did.

This Tea Pot make morning tea as effortless as it can be. .. and that's the way I like it. I had imagined such a device. I ordered two more for family members. Golden Moon should import more tea ware from this company which is in Taiwan. They have some other things that I would not mind having.

I bought the red ring 400ml tea brewer and i would buy it again but you should know that the silicone ring does not provide a lot of heat resistance. I have to use a folded cloth to pick up the beaker around the ring. That is a small inconvenience for what the brewer gets right. I used to use tea infusers, tea balls, tea infuser spoons, etc. I had no idea that my tea should have more room to "bloom" during the steep, especially the oolongs. This ring teapot leaves plenty of room for the tea to steep. I also really appreciate the strainer lid. I can now drink all the tea in my mug without having tea sludge at the bottom. So - in the long run - it saves me money, too. The only reason it is not 5 stars is because how hot the container gets and don't even think about trying to get the lid off before it's fully cooled because that will result in burns. If this were a double walled beaker and still had a silicone ring I'd be happy to give it 5 stars.

for a very regular size cup of tea it is great. Put a teaspoon of your favorite loose leaf tea, add water at the rightvm temp, wait 3-5, depending on tea and pour into your cup.
Would love a 2 cup version for my to go mug!

It is much smaller than it looked and there were no instructions on how to use it. No idea how to brew or use it for my tea. I wanted the $3 for $3 tea special to try some tea and never got that.All in all it was a disappointing experience.

I got the 400ml size which is good for a largish size mug. I like how sturdy the glass is, it reminds me of the beakers we used in science class. The filter works reasonably well but definitely works better on larger tea particles. I'm glad that it has the silicone ring because the glass gets really hot so you can only handle by the ring. Seems well made, hopefully will hold up over time.

This works very nicely for a small cup of tea. Would love to have a larger size available, as well!

The first one at home tapped the corner of my sink at just the right angle to pop out the bottom, so handle with extra care while washing!
