Known for centuries as one of the ten great Chinese Teas, our Orchid Temple Oolong from Fujian Province is referred to as Ti Kwan Yin – or “Iron Goddess of Mercy.” A millennium old legend tells of a good farmer who swept a withering temple each month for years until his charity was returned in the form of a single Oolong tea shoot.
