Returns Policy


Our Returns Policy is simple. If you don’t like your tea let us know within 60 days of the purchase date and we will refund 100% of your money. That’s it!

 

Here is a FAQ about our returns policy:

 

Do I have to return the tea?

If your order was less than $100 – no. If your order was more than $100 – we will provide a return label and email it to you so you can ship your unopened tea back to us free of charge.

 

Are there any fees at all?

No. There is no return shipping fees, restocking fees or any other fees associated with returns.

 

Who is responsible for the return shipping

We are. We will email you a prepaid packing slip.

 

How long do I have to return the tea or get a refund

Are all items refundable?

100% of our items are refundable for any reason.

 

Can the returned items be opened?

If you end up returning tea it must be unopened. If you return other products such as kettles, cups and other teaware then it must be in its original packaging unless the product is defective.

 

How do I receive the refund?

We will credit the same credit card that was used to make the original purchase.

 

 

 

Our “Pay it ForWArd Guarantee” If you don’t absolutely love your tea, let us know in 60 days and we will refund up to $100 of your money... and you don’t even have to return the tea! All we ask is you give it to a friend or fellow tea lover instead. For orders over $100 we will provide a return packing slip and even pay for the shipping.
