I once visited the village of Chenonceaux in France's Loire Valley. It was springtime and their small but spectacular garden was in full bloom. On the last morning of my stay, I was offered the hotel's “special” tea.

It was a simple Ceylon based tea piqued with fresh rose petals plucked from their garden. Such is the inspiration for our Rose and, as with the original, “special” doesn't quite do it justice.
